The Wonderful Company is seeking a dynamic an eCommerce Sales and Analytics Associate to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with our retail sales and brand marketing teams to drive business growth across our portfolio at Walmart and Sam’s Club. You will take the lead in developing and executing innovative eCommerce and omnichannel marketing strategies, making a significant impact on our leadership position in the eCommerce space. Job Description
- Grow the Walmart and Sam’s Club business through eCommerce channels across The Wonderful Company portfolio of brands.
- Responsible as the key point of contact with the respective account managers at Walmart and Sam’s Club.
- Work closely with The Wonderful Company eCommerce Team on high-level digital strategy and tactical planning so that the Walmart and Sam’s Club online initiatives are unified with the brand’s broader online activities.
- Plan, create, monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the Walmart and Sam’s Club digital shelf is complete, accurate and optimized with current best practices for searchability and conversion.
- Monitor day-to-day changes to content, pricing, reviews and ratings, competitors and anomalies, taking appropriate action for each.
- In collaboration with the operations team, manage on-time fulfillment, compliance, and minimize costs.
- Responsible for Walmart and Sam’s Club eCommerce analysis and reporting. Preparing data and insight for to cross-functional team discussion and presentations. Able to present to senior leadership as required.
- Negotiate with key customer account contacts.
- Some travel will be required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, trade marketing or sales.
- 1+ years of experience in sales analytics or analyzing large data sets in an eCommerce business.
- Experience working with Walmart or Sam’s Club preferred.
- BS or BA degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Thorough understanding of online marketing and eCommerce.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and enjoys exploring the digital/tech space.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Self-starter who is used to working independently yet enjoys working as a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be highly organized and technically-minded.
- Able to take complex information and discuss/present it in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication, writing and proofreading skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office user (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
