Job Description
We are seeking an Application Development Manager to lead our application development team. You will be responsible for helping the team build new features and optimize strategic analytics platforms across the enterprise. As a leader, you will have both the accountability and freedom to grow and evolve the teams that deploy critical software systems and provide key decision-making information. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving existing systems to ensure they meet the needs of the business and our clients, now and into the future.
Primary Responsibilities
Include But Not Limited to:
- Manage teams that will be building backend-end services and front-end web applications
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Write clean, scalable code using PL/SQL, .NET programming languages
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
- Train, coach and grow the maturity of teams and associates

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Programming, or related
- combination education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in managing teams of developers
- 7+ years professional experience in object-oriented design and implementation skills.
- Knowledgeable with C#, .NET tech stack (.NET Core, .NET MAUI)
- Extensive experience as a Oracle PL/SQL Developer and System Architecture
- Strong problem resolution, troubleshooting, and QA skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc.) and RESTful APIs)
- Azure DevOps experience, Git Repositories
- Familiarity with Tableau / Server administration
- Experience with Oracle e-Business Suite, developing inbound/outbound interfaces, and knowledge of the underlying data models.
- Project Management experience
- Prior agricultural industry knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Oracle Database Administration certification (or equivalent)
Pay Range: $150,000 - $190,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
