Fiji Water is bottle at source in a world class facility with state of the art equipment located at Yaqara and is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for the open positions.

Job Description

· Engage in performance improvement efforts on process improvement and optimization of all laboratory functions such as: sampling, microbiological/chemical analysis of raw water and product water, verification of all scheduled/occasional C.I.P/Sanitation etc.

· Provide Technical and laboratory support to all quality initiatives within the organization.

· Ensure integrity of data entry as per regulatory requirements

· Escalate issues beyond elementary laboratory capabilities.

· Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.

· Administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in science or similar degree in microbiological testing and lab techniques
  • 3-5years experience in food or water laboratory setting
  • Intermediate level computer skills

  • Extensive knowledge of Regulatory standards(NELAC, IBWA and FDA)
