POM Wonderful, the antioxidant superpower, is seeking to add an enthusiastic Marketing Associate ready to flex their marketing superpowers. This Marketing Associate will support our team in telling this story. Playing an integral role in the success of brand management projects for POM Wonderful beverage, fresh pomegranate, & arils businesses.

The position coordinates efficiently and accurately the implementation of all new point-of-sale projects into market and supports the brand team in the successful execution of campaign initiatives. Working effectively across multiple departments including brand management, trade marketing, sales, logistics, accounting, and legal. 

This position will be based at our HQ Office in Los Angeles and working a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office.

Job Description

  • Manage point-of-sale printing & development, working with the agency and production team to create point of sale materials for POM Wonderful beverage, POM Arils, POM Wonderful fresh pomegranates, and pomegranate-based functional ingredient products.
  • Facilitate execution of all sales-team requested creative assets, prioritizing projects, and working cross-functionally with the agency & sales teams to ensure on-time delivery of all projects.
  • Use various data sources, both qualitative & quantitative (including syndicated data) to gleam valuable insights.
  • Lead all Added Value marketing opportunities & integrations, working cross-functionally with the agency and media team to create and approve opportunities.
  • Manage the legal review process of all brand and trade marketing projects.
  • Track traffic for all agency projects, submitting work orders and tracking progress.
  • Organize incoming marketing invoices, ensuring proper budget coding and coordinating necessary approvals.  Work closely with Associate Brand Manager to track Marketing Budget throughout the year. 
  • Upkeep brand guidelines and trackers with the latest information. Develop new resources to streamlines processes and material for the brand.
  • Support consumer social engagement including social calendars, TikTok content strategy and refresh brand social presence on relevant platforms.
  • Partner with sales on account specific marketing material from creative development to execution. Projects include point-of-sale creative, digital media and sell-in material.
  • Assist with execution of POM internal and external events including set-up, logistics, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Prior work experience in food and beverage industry preferred
  • BA degree and 1-3 years of previous marketing experience in a related industry
  • Keen analytical and creative problem-solving abilities – utilizing data to identify unique insights
  • Organized and highly detail oriented
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
  • Strong leadership, relationship building and communication skills
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Power Point, MS Outlook
  • Desire to work/live in Los Angeles with ability to travel (up to 10%)

Pay Range: $75,000 - $82,500 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
