Wonderful College Prep Academy (WCPA) is a free public charter school, located on two, new state-of-the-art campuses, TK through Grade 12 in Delano, CA serving 2000 students, and TK through Grade 11 in Lost Hills, CA serving 400 students. The longer school day and extended school year give our students an academic edge, preparing them for college and beyond. Our schools provide a top learning environment including:

Pay Range: $62,920 - $101,750. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience

• Highly competitive compensation, commensurate with experience, which includes annual performance and retention bonuses
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance at no cost for the employee, 403b with company match, and STRS retirement pension.
• Full-day onsite preschool for $60 per week
