The Role

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar for a full time 8-week internship. In this position, you will gain hands on professional experience and learn how the department runs.

This position is located at Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds Main Plant in Lost Hills, CA.  The schedule for this internship is 6:00am – 2:30pm (subject to change).

Duties and Responsibilities  

• Retrieve, analyze, and communicate data from reports regarding total daily run rates and adherence to schedule
• Track and update production-related Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and corresponding department white boards across the plant
• Shadow and support operations team with continuous improvement projects and other day-to-day tasks

• Must be enrolled in the Wonderful Education program
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Self-directed, motivated, and able to work autonomously 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and utilize strong time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with public speaking
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Pay rate: $17.00/hour
