The Role

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar for a full time 8-week internship. In this position, you will gain hands on professional experience and learn how the department runs.

This position is located at Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds Main Plant in Lost Hills, CA.  The schedule for this internship is 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Duties and Responsibilities  

• Assist Call Center with addressing customer concerns and providing customer service
• Conduct internal audits to ensure quality of processes, equipment, and product is meeting company expectations
• Learn and understand overall function of the Quality Lab and assist with testing of product, analyzing specs, and other processes
• Shadow and support team of Quality Engineering throughout the plant

• Must be enrolled in the Wonderful Education program
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with public speaking
• Attention to detail; strong problem solving abilities
• Proficient in Excel and basic computer skills
• Self-directed and able to work autonomously 
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Pay rate: $17.00/hour
