JUSTIN and Landmark Wine is looking for a highly-skilled, detailed individual who can process wine customer orders from US and International to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can anticipate customer’s needs as-well-as listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to our customers.

• Manage/Enter daily incoming orders for the US including Caribbean, Asia, EMEA, and Canada markets
• Review Inventory and Allocation reports ensuring product availability
• Close detail given to product, vintage, package, price and quantity being entered per customer requirements
• Create labels for wine bottles and cases when needed using Avery Software
• Expedite all orders in-order to acquire on time delivery utilizing the Open Orders report
• Review/update daily Open Orders and Allocation report
• Review Inventory Report
• Process International shipping documents
• Close shipped orders daily/weekly reviewing warehouse bill of lading against customer order
• Conduct monthly closing
• Follow the Return Material Authorization/Credit process when needed
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
• Communicate solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Customer Service Supervisor
• Support overall supply chain planning, VP of Sales Operations, and expansion projects
• Communicate with Sales team via telephone/email in-order to provide information about products and services
• Coordinate and work with the inventory/planning/finance department/warehouses regarding customer requirements
• Maintain a world class customer service relationship with our customers
• Assist as needed in learning a new wine ERP system

• Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience
• BS/BA required; preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or Business Management
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, relationship building
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master-level proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, v-lookup formulas, graph creation and other essential skills
• High level of proficiency in Word, Power Point, MS Outlook.
• Experience with order management systems (JD Edwards-ERP system highly preferred)
• COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
