This role will drive sustainable growth of our pistachio bulk sales in Europe. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to work within changing market dynamics and life cycles.

• Grow and sustain effective business partnerships with existing customers
• Identify, develop and maintain effective business partnerships with new customers
• Identify and deliver on sales growth opportunities in a continuously changing market environment
• Develop a good understanding of the mid- and long-term market dynamics in order to assure we make the right choice of partners and allocate the appropriate resources for maximum growth opportunity
• Develop annual sales growth plan for volume objectives
• Manage the entire sales process from initial prospection through contract finalization
• Develop and maintain effective internal cross functional relationships with senior management and colleagues to include our customer service, QA, research and development, and credit teams.

• 1-3 years of B2B sales
• Proven success in negotiation and closing of sales
• Ability to multi-task independently, efficiently, and to deliver against deadlines
• Ability to adapt to evolving role and responsibilities, curious and open to new learning opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to share responsibility as a team player, actively listening to colleagues and respecting ideas working together for continuous improvement
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Must have fluency in written and spoken English
• Must have fluency in one of the following: Spanish, Italian, or Polish
• Ability to travel to the USA and within the EU as needed 
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in related Business, Communication, or any other related area
