A Day in the Life at Wonderful Orchards:

Manager, ERP Applications is accountable for managing a team of BSA’s that will maintain and modify assigned ERP Finance, Order Management, OPM, and Supply Chain modules (including design, configuration, testing, and deployment). Ensures the ERP Applications functions efficiently, accurately, and meets customer needs (based on system requirements). Works with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to review, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. Provides functional and technical subject matter knowledge to the design and integration of each business request.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team that is the primary point of contact for the assigned Finance and Supply Chain Modules to gather, refine and prioritize business requirements. Assist in the technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, functional specifications, test scenarios, end-user documentation and user manuals. Provide documented technical specifications of how the solution will meet the business requirements. Provide project management responsibilities as necessary.
• Manage a team that will organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with the stakeholders to resolve issues. Work with the Business owners to determine the best solution to help resolve customer problems and satisfy customer requirements. Analyze current business processes and make recommendations. Identify ERP solution possibilities and discuss with the business.
• Manage a team that is responsible for developing high quality solutions based on Functional Design documents. Perform system customization and configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality. Responsible for the development of the Technical Design Document to ensure all requirements have been met. Responsible for reviewing unit test plans to ensure all requirements have been met. Review integration test plans and perform integration testing as necessary to ensure that new functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality. Provide project management support as necessary.
• Manage a team that is responsible for all configuration issues within ERP Applications. Follow all design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, standards, procedures, and practices in performing required work.
• Manage external vendors, consultants, and staff from corporate IT (Orchards uses BSA’s and developers from corporate IT to help support the ERP Applications). Providing day to day direction to staff and consultants on ERP Projects and support activity. Manage project budgets, vendor contracts and invoices.

Your Contribution to Wonderful Orchards:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with support, configuration, and implementation of ERP Applications. Oracle EBS experience preferred
• Experience with the following ERP modules/applications: Oracle EBS Asset Management, Oracle EBS General Ledger, Oracle EBS Accounts Payables, Oracle EBS Accounts Receivables, Oracle EBS OPM, Oracle EBS Order Management, EBS Supply Chain, Assetworks FleetAnywhere preferred
• Experience with designing, implementing and support of complex integrations/interfaces between Oracle EBS and external systems preferred
