This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Field & Research teams at Suterra first-hand, via a seasonal position that will assist our Technical Field Manager perform various laboratory tasks and insect colony maintenance. This person will work largely independently with the listed weekly responsibilities below.

• Looking someone to work on a part-time, temporary assignment in Shafter, CA for 8-12 months (possibility of extension). The assignment would involve insect rearing, insect environment maintenance, and record keeping in a greenhouse type environment.

• You will provide your own transportation and will be reimbursed $.586/mile for your commute to/from the work location, out to conduct field visits and trips to locals stores as outlined in the description.  You will document this weekly to be reported with hours worked and reimbursements will be outlined on your weekly paycheck.

• Person will need to have a clean/acceptable driving record, pass a background check as well as a drug screening.
• Flexible Schedule (ex: if someone can only work in the afternoon or morning only each day that is fine as long as there 20-30 a week and at site 3 days/week)
