Job Description

  • Processing of non-PO and PO invoices (2 way & 3 way match) received from various countries: 
    Preparing payments and maintaining cash balances
  • Assist with ICO reconciliations 
  • Assist in monthly closing and reporting to management: bank accounts, AP accounts, prepaid account, fixed asset, ICO
  • Publish AP aging report on a monthly basis and maintain reconciliation between AP subledger detail to GL. Review and recommend write off of any outstanding amount as needed
  • Responsible for cash application and for correcting price variances on sales invoices.
  • Follow-up with customers closely based on recent aging lists, send reminders, contact your internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist in AR aging review and reconciliation with GL

Qualifications

  • Must be self-motivated and work well within a team environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people at all levels across the organization with a team mentality
  • Proficient in use of Excel and Microsoft applications
  • Able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Oracle experience is a nice to have
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
