Our EMEIA Supply Chain Business Partner is multifaceted role that will oversee the entire logistical process that works closely with customer service, shipping & inbound logistics, and continuous improvement. This role will be the primary liaison between stakeholders on our EMEIA Industrial Sales (bulk/unbranded business of pistachios), EU Supply Chain, and US Customer Service Teams while fostering relationships with our external third-party logistics providers. Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service US team to get all contracted orders processed and shipped in a timely manner and as per the agreed standard.
  • Ensure the delivery & shipment schedule is up to date at all time so sales team can inform their customers accordingly
  • Oversee the complete order-to-cash process in order to launch initiatives to streamline, improve, automate or document these flows
  • Monitor daily the stocks of the external warehouses and organize warehouse replenishment in close cooperation with sales team
  • Identify gaps in current supply chain processes and work with various stakeholders to close gaps or eliminate unnecessary steps in the process
  • Keep an accurate overview of costs related to 3PLP operations
  • Help to build a customer-centric strategy and support a culture that positions our company as a preferred supplier/partner by offering long-term solutions that will help customers achieve their own business goals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years demonstrated work experience
  • Experience with ERP system (Oracle highly preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills including advance MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success in planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to travel to the US and within the EU
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (e.g. logistics management, business management, supply chain management)
