We’re looking for an Associate Manager, eCommerce to execute and grow the pureplay retail business across The Wonderful Company’s portfolio of brands (FIJI Water, JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, Landmark Vineyards, Wonderful Pistachios, POM Wonderful, and Wonderful Citrus). This eCommerce expert will have the opportunity to directly make an impact in a dynamic work environment and drive growth in the eCommerce space.

• Facilitate and execute strategic plans for the Amazon, Boxed.com, and GoPuff digital retail businesses across US and Canada.
• Manage day-to-day operations for online retailers across catalog management and product listings, contract and term updates, in-stock monitoring and order fulfillment, customer reviews, and chargebacks and dispute resolutions.
• Lead all data analysis in support of strategic planning, fact-based decision making, and sales efforts; cross-train team members on data analysis practices.
• Prepare and present presentations, ad-hoc reports, and special projects to upper management highlighting financial performance, strategic milestones, and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Marketing, to advocate internally and execute eCommerce retailers’ business needs and achieve annual P&L goals.
• Build strong relationships with Amazon vendor managers for select categories to navigate term negotiations and establish joint business planning priorities and processes

• 2 - 3 years of progressive experience executing eCommerce strategic plans and utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis to deliver strategic results.
• B.S. degree in finance or business administration required; MBA or M.S. is a plus.
•  Possess a thorough understanding of digital retail landscape and key online retailers with a passion for eCommerce; experience with Amazon Vendor Central is preferred.
• Excel at multi-tasking effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment; manage timelines with a high attention to detail and desire for accuracy.
• Express ideas and diverse information in a clear, organized, convincing manner with a data-supported point of view.
• Offer a strong collaborative approach with demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with all functional groups (internal and external) to achieve business goals.
• Bring an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; modeling and advanced functions a plus.
• CPG food & beverage industry experience a plus.
• Travel required approximately 10% of the time.
• COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
