Job Description

Overview:

This Employee Experience Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination of work in the day to day operations of the Talent Acquisition team. Responsible for supporting recruiting team in the hiring process including scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment paperwork and facilitating the onboarding process. 

Here's what you'll do:

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team 
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews including travel arrangements for candidates, communication to all involved and day of preparation 
  • Interact and maintain relationships with various levels of candidates, HR and internal clients. 
  • Coordinates pre-employment activities to finalize drug screen and background checks 
  • Manage onboarding process for new hires 
  • Provides support for recruitment initiatives including college recruiting, career fairs, Wonderful Citrus Intern program, internal open positions flyers, third party vendors 
  • Handle relocation and temporary housing process for new hires and employees 
  • Process invoices, expense reports and other recruitment accounting 
  • Organize and maintain recruitment files in coordination with federal/ state compliance requirements 
  • Misc. projects as assigned 

Orientation Support: 

  • Provide new hire support, including facilitate onboarding presentation for new hires, as needed, assisting with new hire check in, completion of NHO tasks such as employee badges, multi-factor authentication set up, assembling and setting up of swag bags. Communication handoff to managers.  
  • Schedule conference rooms for NHO and Safety Training, partner with Safety Team 
  • Track NHO attendance, follow up on no shows, track inconsistencies. 
  • Manage NHO exceptions, i.e. virtual sessions

  • High School diploma and 2 years administrative support experience, Bachelors' degree or equivalent a plus 
  • Must have outstanding communication and inter-personal skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision  
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong PC skills (proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) 
  • Strong organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills 
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management 
  • A polished individual who likes a challenge and can contribute their talents to our team environment 
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
