Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will assist the citrus sales & marketing departments in the coordination of account-specific, shopper and multi-channel marketing programs, sales presentations, and trade events. This is an ideal position for a creative, hands-on, organized and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Here's what you'll do:

• Customer business review preparation including research for presentations, sales data compilation
• Support with requests for research and sales data downloads
• Support daily reporting to sales team and other stakeholders
• Assist in the development of all selling materials to support the trade including sell sheets, non-branded point of sale, packaging design, premiums, social media content, etc.
• Assist with customer business review meetings by coordinating presentation and sample requests with sales and the operations team
• Coordinate packaging development status, label review and internal/external vendor relationships
• Prepare for, coordinate, and attend trade events, trade shows and sales meetings, as well as assist with event set-up, event management, and logistics
• Handle administrative tasks in support of marketing group – invoice submission, ordering product samples, execute legal requests, coordination of travel
• Coordinate sales/marketing-related meetings with internal and external stakeholders

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Agricultural Business or related field and 2 years’ experience in large business/ corporate environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Remarkable attention to detail and proven track record of managing multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe, etc.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
