Senior Financial Analyst - Commercial Finance- JUSTIN Wine
- Full-time
Company Description
In 1981, we planted our first vineyard with a mission to make world-class Bordeaux-style blends, but since then we've expanded our knowledge of viticulture in the unique region of Paso Robles. At JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, we combine traditional Old-World methods like hand-harvesting and small-barrel aging in French oak with New World technology.
JUSTIN is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a non-traditional finance position providing gold standard analytical and strategic support to our domestic and global Sales teams. This position is expected to conduct financial analyses to identify and understand business drivers, then communicate insights and recommendations to senior management, including the FIJI/JUSTIN Senior Executive Team.
The Senior Finance Analyst reports to the Commercial Finance Manager and is responsible for all aspects of their analyses: formulating the plan, determining the data requirements, extracting and manipulating the data, conducting the analyses, determining the conclusions and then communicating those to the working team in a concise and organized fashion.
From a cultural standpoint, the successful candidate will be a collaborative team player who thrives on adding value. He/she will have highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively at all levels of the organization.
