The role of the Continuous Improvement Manager is to use sound analytical methods, software skills, change management, and communication tools to evaluate our water and wine processes, develop business cases around improvements, and project manage these implementations. The CI Manager will simultaneously work independently on projects and collaboratively play a leadership role in the strategy creation across multiple projects.

Job Description

  • Lead Supply Chain initiatives with accountability to improve processes and quality of service while balancing FIJI Water Group & TWC financial objectives
  • Interface and consult with internal departments including sourcing, production, transportation, distribution, customer service, and planning teams regarding process design, quality, labor, and project status
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, hospitality, etc.) to develop value-adding systems and processes
  • Develop and manage companywide continuous improvement initiatives; training and support the process owners in the use of lean and statistical tools
  • Support the creation and implementation of annual CI initiatives and operational plans
  • Develop, conduct, and lead process improvement initiatives and other studies to optimize facilities, current processes, and organizational structure 
  • Find opportunities, develop action plans, and lead improvement projects; prioritize solutions with sustainable long-term benefits
  • Implement new IT software and applications with the assistance of our internal IT department
  • Build and support advanced visualizations using Power BI or similar software

Qualifications

  • Experience in global business settings with a proven ability to manage large cross-functional projects will help you be successful in this role
  • BA or BS preferred in business-related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing or bottling environment for CPG
  • Strong project management skills with experience in IT implementations
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain principles and best practices
  • Ability and passion for creative, out-of-the-box thinking to develop and vet solutions for the business
  • Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly at all levels of an organization; ability to influence others and communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Visio
  • Knowledge in applying continuous improvement techniques and analytical tools such as Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC) to achieve improved business results (Six Sigma Green Belt preferred but not required)
  • Self-motivated, high energy individual who can function in a high demand, performance-driven environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with proven data visualization skills
  • Oracle and JD Edwards experience a plus
  • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
