This is an opportunity to work with one the most passionate and people-focused CCOs in the business, an awesome creative team, and collaborative in-house PR, Events, and Media teams. You’ll be ideating campaigns and brand moments across a variety of mediums, but specifically focused in social. In this role you’ll work closely with a Copywriter/Maker to develop social-first concepts and deliver platform-specific executions that ladder up to our brands’ guidelines.

Job Description

  • Ideate and create for our suite of fun, inspiring, and good-for-you brands with a social-first approach
  • Work in an open and collaborative “idea-first” environment making culture-driving, brand-building work that gets talked about
  • The opportunity to apply your conceptual thinking and specific discipline skills across a range of brand projects and touchpoints, including TV/video, social engagements and influencer campaigns, experiential activations, branding, logo and launch ideation, packaging, media and PR collaborations, and much more
  • The chance to do the same in support of our extensive philanthropic efforts in health & wellness, education, community development, and the arts
  • Create well-crafted, beautifully designed, and engaging work that tells our brands’ stories and connects with our large-scale audiences
  • Help develop best-in-class social strategy and editorial calendar implementation
  • Work across writing, design, digital marketing, and creative teams to take projects from ideation to execution while meeting internal stakeholders’ expectations
  • Build and nurture relationships with cross-functional team

Qualifications

  • Social-obsessed self-starter who can tap brand guidelines and translate them into effective and engaging content and campaigns on social and most importantly a proficiency in content creation
  • Passion for the craft of art direction, design, conceptual development, storytelling, and cultural trends
  • Stunning portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking across channels—specifically social—as well as adept art direction skills and attention to detail
  • The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper and the passion to make it Wonderful
  • The flexibility to work as an individual contributor as well as part of a team, adapting to new ideas, processes, and business problems with ease and enthusiasm
  • Proven commitment to hard work and collaboration even when under the pressure of tight deadlines or multiple assignments
  • Professional attitude and openness to feedback from supervisors, clients, and colleagues
  • 1-3 years of experience as an ad agency art director working in social and on 360 campaigns
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Word, Google Suite/Docs, and iWork/Pages, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Abstract, and Sketch
  • Bonus skills would be Adobe After Effects, Maya, and Final Cut
  • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless the candidate has a legally valid exemption
