Commercial Finance Analyst

  • Full-time

Company Description

In 1981, we planted our first vineyard with a mission to make world-class Bordeaux-style blends, but since then we’ve expanded our knowledge of viticulture in the unique region of Paso Robles. At JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, we combine traditional Old-World methods like hand-harvesting and small-barrel aging in French oak with New World technology.

JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery is seeking a Financial Analyst candidate for a non-traditional finance position providing gold standard support to the Sales and Marketing departments. The Commercial Finance Analyst provides financial analyses and support to internal customers in the Sales teams, the Marketing team, and the Senior Executive Team, as well as within the Finance organization.

The Analyst is responsible for all aspects of their analyses: formulating the plan, determining the data requirements, extracting and manipulating the data, conducting the analyses, determining the conclusions and then communicating those to the working team in a concise and organized fashion. One of the most important aspects of the job is to take a very large quantity of customer data and analytic results and condense it down into a coherent story with clear, easy to follow conclusions and implications. The Analyst must build and maintain strong relationships with members of both the Sales and Marketing teams, since he/she will regularly interact with the Sales and Marketing leadership and must be able to do so in a confident and professional manner.

This position will be based at our HQ Office in Los Angeles and working a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office.
