Teleflora’s finance department is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to work with our business units, communicate regularly with key stakeholders and bring new thoughtful insights to the department. This position will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid Excel skills, previous experience in a respected finance organization and ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast paced, creative environment.

This position will be based at our HQ Office in Los Angeles and working a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office.

• Key liaison between Finance department and the leaders of several key business segments
• Prepare monthly management reporting and perform variance analysis
• Produce annual budget and periodically update financial forecast with business leaders
• Proactively identify issues and opportunities, and provide value-added analysis to improve business performance
• Proactively improve business processes through system tools and methods
• Use SQL to help automate processes

• 2 - 4 years of relevant financial analysis experience within a mid-size to large organization
• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to interpret, organize and communicate complex information
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate to senior management
• Excellent organizational skills
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Access skills and Oracle Essbase experience a plus
• COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
