We’re looking for a Senior Manager, eCommerce to manage and grow the Amazon business across The Wonderful Company’s portfolio of brands (FIJI Water, JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, Landmark Vineyards, Wonderful Pistachios, POM Wonderful, and Wonderful Citrus). This role will be based at our West Los Angeles office (11444 W. Olympic Blvd.) and will participate in our hybrid work model.

• Develop strategy and lead execution for the Amazon retail businesses across US and Canada.
• Build customer relationships with Amazon vendor managers to align on shared strategic priorities, identify points of partnership, navigate term negotiations, and establish joint business planning processes.
• Manage the Amazon P&L to drive profitable growth and achieve annual financial goals; coordinate key P&L activities with the Finance team including annual budget planning, monthly P&L reporting, and production forecasting.
• Lead the Amazon eCommerce team to execute key business operations including catalog management, new product launches, in-stock monitoring, customer reviews, and chargebacks and dispute resolution.
• Partner and drive collaboration across the Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to identify and capitalize on customer opportunities and/or capture cost-efficiencies.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce Marketing and Brand Marketing teams to develop Amazon marketing strategies and execute full funnel marketing programs leveraging tactics available in Vendor Central and on the Amazon Advertising platform.
• Coach and support the personal development for the Amazon eCommerce team members.

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or M.S. preferred.
• 5 – 7 years of progressive experience developing and executing eCommerce strategies, managing a P&L, and utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis to deliver strategic results.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Amazon retail landscape; 1P and Vendor Central experience for a minimum of 3 years required.  Experience with Amazon Advertising platform a plus.
• Strong collaborative approach with demonstrated ability to build effective Amazon vendor management relationships and influence people (internal and external), process, and technology to achieve business goals.
• Excel at leading a team and multi-tasking effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment. Ability to lead, recruit, and develop top talent.
• Excel at storytelling and presenting diverse information in a clear, concise manner with a data-supported point of view; executive presentation experience a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; modeling and advanced functions a plus.
• Experience with Profitero a plus.
• CPG food & beverage industry experience a plus.
• Travel required approximately 25% of the time.
• COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption.
