Job Description

Reporting to the Senior International Brand & Strategy Manager in the Headquarters in the USA, we are looking for a Manager, International Trade Marketing to join the team in Singapore where you will be responsible for growing the FIJI Water brand and implementing business initiatives in both brick mortar and ecommerce channels across International markets. This is accomplished by planning customer-centric trade marketing programs, developing category dynamic and brand performance analysis, as well as coordinating other growth initiatives.

You will build the strategy to bring our brand to life by translating the brand growth plan into consumer-oriented marketing plan to identify growth opportunities, strategies, plans and measurement in assigned international markets.  You will understand consumer behaviour by using your analytical skills along with IRI and Nielsen data providers to pull data to provide insights to make our marketing strategy even better!

You will also:

  • Manage the brand marketing budget through planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage marketing agencies in assigned international markets through aligned scope of work, performance KPI, providing guidance on campaign planning and marketing operation.
  • Lead strategy development for social media, digital advertising, event sponsorship, etc.
  • Manage the brand content library to curate content for social media, digital advertising, ecommerce, etc.
  • Manage the packaging label changes to comply with local regulation also minimize operation cost.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop annual integrated marketing calendar.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree, business major preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience in FMCG/CPG companies in a variety of category, trade marketing or sales roles.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Self-starter and highly motivated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in International marketing (EMEA, Asia, Oceania, Canada) preferred
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

You will be results driven, with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels. You will have a collaborative and creative approach when working with team members and stakeholders globally to implement the brand growth plan. 

This role will also include international travel which will be 15% of the time. This role supports a number of regions therefore flexibility in working hours to meet relevant time zones is essential. Hence time management is an essential skill to ensure deliverables are met and working hours remain tenable.
