Job Description

Reporting to the Senior International Brand & Strategy Manager in the Headquarters in the USA, we are looking for a Manager, International Marketing to join the team in Singapore where you will be:

  • Translating the brand growth plan into consumer-oriented marketing plan to identify growth opportunities, strategies, plans and measurement in assigned international markets.
  • Managing the brand marketing budget through planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Managing marketing agencies in assigned international markets through aligned scope of work, performance KPI, providing guidance on campaign planning and marketing operation.
  • Leading strategy development for social media, digital advertising, event sponsorship, etc.
  • Managing the brand content library to curate content for social media, digital advertising, ecommerce, etc.
  • Managing the packaging label changes to comply with local regulation also minimize operation cost.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop annual integrated marketing calendar.

You will be results driven, with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels. As well as your thorough understanding of the whole marketing campaign lifecycle from planning, execution and measurement., you will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt, prioritize and plan to stay ahead, in a global business. You will have a collaborative and creative approach when working with team members and stakeholders in APAC to implement the brand growth plan. 

Qualifications

What you will bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor’s degree preferable a major in Marketing
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in brand marketing
  • Have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Be a self-starter and highly motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in International marketing (Asia, Australia) preferred
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Speaking Mandarin is beneficial but not essential.

This role will also include international travel to Asia and Australia which will be 15% of the time.
