Job Description

The Role:

CRS Group is an independent Container Depot business.  In this fast-paced role, you will provide administrative support to the Depot Manager & depot team members. Included in this role are reception duties and general day-to-day office tasks such as meeting room set up, stationary orders and greeting clients and visitors to the depot.

A can-do attitude and attention to detail are attributes that will make you stand out as a candidate for this role. You will be someone who is adaptable, enjoys a varied work day to day, able to keep to top of multiple different tasks without feeling overwhelmed and enjoys working in a team and supporting others, while being responsible for their own tasks and outcomes.

 

 You will be committed to delivering the best service possible to our internal and external stakeholders. An intermediate knowledge and experience in the Microsoft suite, especially Excel is desirable, as well as high attention to detail. Your excellent communication skills will shine through, along with your strong organisational skills. 

 

You could be just entering the workforce and keen to learn. Full training is provided for the right person. This could be a great career path for anyone with a great attitude and a desire to learn. 

 

You will also have the ability to pass Ministry of Justice, ACC checks and a drug and alcohol test as part of our recruitment process.

 

Hours of Work:

This role is based in Panmure. A minimum of 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00am – 5.00pm. Flexibility to work overtime to meet operational requirements will be required. Rostered Saturdays 7.00am – 1.00pm.
