Wonderful Agency, the full-service in-house agency for The Wonderful Company, is seeking an Account Supervisor to work across our portfolio of healthy brands—Wonderful Pistachios, POM Wonderful, FIJI Water, Halos (mandarins), Teleflora, JUSTIN wines, and more. Reporting directly to our Managing Director, this position provides a great opportunity to hone your account management skills, interact directly with well-known brands, and gain experience in Agency operations.

The Account Supervisor should be highly proficient at working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, on multiple projects simultaneously. This is a high-profile role that will interact with senior-level Agency and client contacts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong production experience and a continuous improvement mindset. The right person will help drive collaboration across multiple teams on integrated campaign development. The Account Supervisor must be highly organized and detail-oriented in a production-intensive environment. Must have a can-do attitude and be willing to pitch in on whatever is needed by the team!

• Supervise the planning and execution of advertising campaigns in accordance with client objectives and budgets
• Collaborate with Agency teams in the development of integrated campaigns and media-specific projects
• Partner with Brand Managers to craft strategic briefs that will result in the creation of on-point deliverables
• Oversee our SAG signatory and talent payment vendor
• Anticipate potential changes and obstacles with the client’s business and/or our relationship and involve the appropriate Agency resources 
• Participate and play a leading role in the Agency’s Operating Committee, which entails building Agency culture
• Own any other duties/responsibilities that may be assigned by the Managing Director
• Supervise one direct and one indirect report

• 5+ years of Account Management experience within an advertising agency
• An expert level of understanding of all Agency business units
• Proven ability for strategic thinking, providing strategic direction, and crafting related project briefs
• A buttoned-up work ethic with impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to function autonomously as a resourceful problem solver
• Can-do attitude within a fast-paced work environment
• Lots of ideas to make the Agency and our brands better
• Professional demeanor and interaction with all levels of Brand Managers, Agency leaders, and executive leadership
• Ability to prioritize, pivot, and adapt amid multiple projects and competing deadlines
• High standards in all that you do
• Strength in building relationships with team members of all levels
• Ability to develop a thorough understanding of The Wonderful Company brands and Philanthropy, Education, and Health & Wellness initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on advertising, marketing, or communications
• COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
