Do you have warehouse and fulfillment experience? Teleflora has a great opportunity for you to join our Leachville, AR warehouse team! You will have the responsibility of ensuring products are correctly shipped to our florists and general consumers, so if you are detail oriented, you may be the person we are looking for.

A Day In The Life at Teleflora:

• Manually unload containers
• Fill and ship customer orders (Teleflora florists & drop-ship orders) in an accurate and timely manner
• Prepare packages for shipping, including pulling, packaging, labeling & inspecting various materials
• Process packages for shipping using UPS software
• Regularly assist with organizing and counting warehouse inventory
• Prepare and ship items, including new florist & convention kits and marketing counselor mail outs
• Unload, stack & load Teleflora products
• Process returns
• Operate forklift to move and stack inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse
• Follow all OSHA and Teleflora safety policies & procedures
• Complies with Teleflora's Core Values
• Other job duties as assigned

Your Contribution to Teleflora:

• COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption

Education:

• High school diploma required

Knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to make decisions with little direction
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Typing 25 WPM/ net minimum
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) is required
• Strong problem solving skills

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds on a consistent basis
• Must be able to bend, lift, squat, push and pull on a consistent basis
• Some forklift experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license

Note: Containers must be unloaded by hand, removing each box of product and placing them on pallets.
