Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Partner with leadership to identify human capital needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Wonderful Citrus hiring managers, vendors, and community organizations. Creating partnerships that yield successful candidate pools and potential employees.
  • Develop and deploy appropriate strategies and tools to capture staffing and quality metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives and solutions and make data-driven recommendations and decisions.
  • Provide consultation on market and industry trends leveraging a broad network of external resources
  • Partners with HRBPs to review client-group compensation and make recommendations on how to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Works collaboratively with business partners to develop and implement pay strategies concerning compensation ranges. Approves compensation amounts for all compensation offers prior to Executive approval
  • Perform analysis and regular compensation reporting for senior management and group leaders
  • Manage recruiting budget and forecast spending.
  • Oversee the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting; under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the Wonderful Citrus compensation programs.
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a legally compliant process.
  • Visit all hiring-manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and uses that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.
  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and implement:
  1.  On-line strategy to build brand awareness and become an employer of choice.
  2. University relations program
  3. Program to upskill our interview/selection/hiring capabilities
  • Provides leadership and guidance around continuous improvement initiatives and an eye for streamlining processes within talent acquisition and HR-related work.
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.  
  • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • Ensure that the recruiting function is capable, streamlined and well aligned with the vision and goals of the organization.

Qualifications

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

  • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption.
  • B.S. in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline desired and 8 + years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting across all levels, preferably in corporate environment or equivalent combination education and experience.
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Develop, maintain and manage the compensation strategy for the organization based on
  • Experience in recruiting all levels from hourly non-exempt, to Vice President.
  • Desire and experience in building a best-in-class talent acquisition team and processes.
  • Experience in working in a matrix environment requiring strong collaboration skills as this role may have key stakeholder partnerships across Wonderful Company divisions.
  • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders.
  • Ability to develop business cases and service requirements, while creating and managing strategic alliances.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to function and recruit on a national, multi-location, and multi-levels capacity
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and the use of email.
  • Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases, social media as used in sourcing and attracting talent through brand awareness.
  • Must be able to quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs, beating competitors, and operating within financial resource constraints.
