Job Description

Teleflora provides innovative marketing, education and technology to make sure our member florists get the resources they need to thrive, creating beautiful bouquets with keepsake vases delivered to your door.

The eFlorist Web Analyst will be responsible for converting digital and website data into analytical insights that will support strategic decision making for Teleflora's web hosting business, which hosts thousands of websites for member florists. The eFlorist Web Analyst will produce routine and ad hoc analytical reporting to better understand site sales performance and segments, optimize effectiveness of site marketing tactics, order driving services and other eFlorist products, and optimize utilization and productivity of eFlorist resources to improve performance for florist sites and to grow the number of sites hosted for florists.

The ideal candidate will be extremely passionate about eCommerce and digital analytics and systems, and possess superior analytical and technical skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a continually changing environment. Previous experience managing data analytics and a mastery of coding is required. This role will work closely with eFlorist senior management, as well as with technology, marketing, customer service, and other teams on a consistent if not daily basis.

The eFlorist Web Analyst is based in Oklahoma City, OK and will report to the Sr. Director of Product, eFlorist.

A Day In The Life at Teleflora:

  • Oversee internal analytics, including the production of cyclical and ad hoc automated reports across all aspects of the business. Report findings and insights across business functions and to senior management.
  • Support eFlorist marketing team on the implementation and analysis of digital order driving services and products.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to measure and monitor effectiveness of order driving services and products, as well as other eCommerce marketing tactics
  • Partner with various teams to monitor KPIs, business service levels, and core metrics for ongoing business operations
  • Aid in the design, testing, and implementation of new reporting tools and systems
  • Maintain knowledge of all eFlorist related systems and technical projects to ensure technical validity and appropriateness of all work performed.
  • Keep current with the latest e-commerce technology, trends, solutions, and providers to keep the eFlorist offerings competitive.

Qualifications

Your Contribution to Teleflora:

  • 3-5 years related experience, with a track record of increased responsibility
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills (quantitative, qualitative, and technical), including hands-on quantitative modeling skills and competency in SQL, SAS.
  • Capable of navigating industry standard tools such as Google Big Query/Data Studio, Power BI and Tableau and building reports that will be usable across departments
  • Ability to identify key data drivers and present data in a succinct and meaningful way
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative) coupled with an attention to detail. Must demonstrate the ability to both think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting results to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization and influencing to achieve business results across multiple teams.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects, adhering to tight deadlines in a constantly changing and extremely fast paced environment.
  • BA/BS graduate required.
  • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption

Additional Information

Due to Covid-19, Teleflora employees currently work from home. You will need to have a quiet, home office area with reliable internet coverage and will be provided with equipment. Working from home is temporary and employees will return to the office in Oklahoma City at a later time this year.
