The position of HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition supports talent acquisition across Wonderful Orchards, Wonderful Bees, Wonderful Nurseries Wonderful Labs, and Wonderful Aviation. This leader will focus in the following area:

• Talent Acquisition -- Full cycle recruitment to attract, recruit and retain talent

This is a hands-on position that requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have the desire to learn the business, in and out of the office, and key strategic initiatives in order to understand the organization and talent implications and make appropriate recommendations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 

• Manages the full cycle recruiting process including, conducting intake calls with hiring manager, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and preparing offers
• Manage company's progression model by organizing internal opportunities and administering internal applications
• Develop and update job descriptions by collaborating with hiring teams
• Manage talent acquisition programs including Employee Referral Program, College Internship Program, and the Wonderful Academy Career Pathway program
• Foster existing relationships and create new relationships with colleges, vocational schools, and professional organizations to attract and recruit current students and alumni
• Utilizes various sourcing tools and programs including job boards, social media, attending job related events and networking to build talent pools
• Provides hiring manager accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, tracks talent acquisition metrics, and reports trends and issues, providing recommendations for improvement
• Maintains compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, including proper dispositioning of candidates and document retention
• Values professional growth and development by participating in educational programs, staying current on recruiting-related topics and trends

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years' experience in recruitment or equivalent combination education and experience
 

• Knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, meet deadlines and
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, public speaking and presentation skills
• Active problem-solver and results-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team setting
