The Role

The Wonderful Company is seeking a Data Coordinator responsible for collecting, cleansing and verifying data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for our Wonderful Education programs focused on building data-driven strategies anchored in student outcomes.

This role will manage the day-to-day tasks of data collection, data auditing, user troubleshooting, and system administration.

Other responsibilities will be to assist the data team in analysis and reporting of metrics, key indicators, and results across our various Wonderful Education programs. This will serve to drive performance, accelerate positive student outcomes, and maximize impact.

This role is located in Delano, California, reports to Director of Data and Admin, Wonderful Education and requires occasional travel to Los Angeles. 

A day in the life of Wonderful

·       Oversee the collection and verification of data. This will increase operational efficiency and accelerate student outcomes

·       Assist in analyzing and reporting of metrics, key indicators, and results across various Wonderful Education programs

·       Responsible for maintaining and improving the CRM system’s data collection process by interacting with key stakeholders throughout the Education department to create effective processes for data collection

·       Manage the day-to-day tasks related to using our CRM system, including trouble shooting user issues and overall administration of users in the system

·       Train employees on using the system and maintain training materials as needed

Your contribution to Wonderful

·       Bachelor's degree required with preferred concentration in business, information technology, data science, analytics, engineering, or other quantitative field

·       Knowledge and experience with data management, data validation tools, data analysis

·       Salesforce platform knowledge a plus

·       Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools

·       Drive projects with limited oversight, anticipating next steps, and leverages strong business judgment

·       Experience in education and academic student data a plus

·       Able to prioritize changing demands, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

·       Excellent verbal and written communication

·       Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail

·       Intellectually curious and motivated to learn new systems and processes

·       Cross-functional collaborator with the ability to build relationships within an organization

·       Experience working with geographically dispersed teams

·       Sound business acumen and strategic thinking
