The team is expanding, and the Learning & Orgnaizational Development Coordinator role is a unique opportunity to join a Team that is driving leadership, DE&I, performance management, and professional development initiatives for over 11,000 employees. 

Job Description

A Day In the Life at Wonderful: 

  • Serve as the operations hub of the L&OD department
  • Maintain inventory on all external items and supplies; responsible for order management  
  • Develop and organize training/meeting materials (printing/preparing handouts, mailing materials, etc.)
  • Physically set up for programs and events (arranging the classroom space, evening events, etc.)
  • Manage all program logistics (hotel reservations, transportation and vendor coordination)
  • Serve as a program administrator for key leadership development offerings (managing logistics, coordinating events, updating materials (Manager Training, LMS, etc.)
  • Assessment administration – including but not limited to DISC, MBTI, and Leadership Surveys
  • Subscription management – maintain yearly team memberships and subscriptions
  • Assist department head in managing department budget, including program spend reconcile expenses and serve as liaison between vendors and AP to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Support key business activities, including internal leadership meetings and team events/off-sites, department calendar and scheduling

Qualifications

Your Contribution to Wonderful:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting office operations of a dispersed work team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and able to interact with employees at all levels of the organization in a positive and upbeat manner consistent with our mission to provide stellar customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, familiarity with Adobe applications
  • Outstanding focus, flexibility and ability to work independently
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate software, databases, and technology
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Preference or interest in Learning and Organizational Development
  • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
