Job Description

The Wonderful IT Way:

  • Serve as the primary technology point of contact for members of the Executive Team and the Executive Assistants who support them
  • Provide on-call technical support to onsite and remote users
  • Act as the subject matter expert for solving user problems with solid technical knowledge while adhering to company policies and standards
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment with a focus on resolving issues and problems quickly
  • Provide proactive assistance with the setup, testing, and monitoring of high-priority virtual and in-person meetings to ensure there are no issues
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis and tracking for all issues to prevent reoccurrence
  • Perform installations, replacements, upgrades, and other hardware/software related tasks with extreme attention to detail
  • Work with IT and Infrastructure team members and establish relationships cross-functionally to drive escalations to closure
  • Establish trust with the executive team by providing immediate technical support while maintaining confidentiality
  • Travel may be required 2-4 times throughout the year for support
  • Create and keep up to date all configuration, setup, and end user training documentation

Qualifications

Your Contribution to Wonderful:

  • 7+ years of direct technology and helpdesk experience including supporting senior executives
  • Proven success in supporting and troubleshooting full technical systems including computers, software, phones, cameras, and microphones to ensure a smoothly run business day
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and iOS mobile devices including iPhones and iPads as well as supporting the Office 365 suite, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
  • Genuine interest in further technology learnings including server set-up and maintenance and collaborating with the engineering team
  • Experience in exhibiting the ability to show initiative, work well under pressure, be proactive and motivated to troubleshoot problems quickly with great attention to detail
  • A Bachelor's Degree Computer Science (or similar) is preferred
  • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
