Job Description

The Continuous Improvement Analyst will work within the FIJI Water Group on continuous improvement projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence and effectiveness to improve performance and maximize value. The Continuous Improvement team uses Lean and Six Sigma principles to collaborate across businesses in the FIJI Water Group to eliminate non-value added processes. Areas of focus include: Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR/Culture and Management Infrastructure. This role reports to the Director of Continuous Improvement.

A Day In the Life at FIJI Water:

  • Support implementing & growing the Way of Work (WOW) Lean Program at FIJI Water Group within Supply Chain and Administrative Teams
  • Track performance of key process outcomes (KPIs) and guide process leaders on how to sustain optimal levels of efficiency
  • Support training across FIJI Water Group to develop continuous improvement capability through use of CI tools and methodology including Lean & Six Sigma methodology
  • Developing practical solutions to complex analytical problems
  • Support critical strategic, operational and organizational initiatives
  • Provide insight through analytics and drive continuous improvement implementation efforts
  • Facilitates generations of new ideas, methods, processes and services
  • Work collaboratively across various functions across organization
  • Leverage emerging technologies to improve process quality, efficiency, robustness and cost
  • Challenges status quo and recommends alternative solutions
  • Maintains high professional standards in line with the company's competencies and behaviors
  • Executes administrative responsibilities as required

Qualifications

Your Contribution to FIJI Water:

  • Prior experience in Continuous Improvement / Lean is highly desirable
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Power Platform capability a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Willingness to learn and Can-do attitude
  • Cross-functional knowledge, especially finance, is a plus
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain credibility across all levels in the business
  • Demonstrated passion for solving problems and operational excellence
  • Focused, organized, results-oriented individual
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and within a team
  • Ability to influence Business Units
  • Successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, able to achieve high impact in an unstructured environment.
  • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
