The FIJI team is looking for a detail-oriented individual with 3 to 5 years of Accounts Payable (A/P) experience who will take full ownership of all aspects of A/P for multiple reporting units and currencies of FIJI Water as well as Justin Vineyards.

The applicant must display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.

A Day in the Life at FIJI Water:

• Accounts payable invoice auditing and processing through the Inspyrus automated invoice systems, as well as auditing and processing through a discount and marketing promotion invoice program
• Expense report auditing and processing through the Concur automated expense reporting systems.
• Preparation and matching of weekly check runs and automated ACH files.
• Provide excellent customer service to suppliers and handle any issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain all accounts payable files.
• Reconcile A/P accounts to the G/L.
• Assist in the month end close process.
• Provide other Oracle administrative support relevant to the A/P.
• Provide monthly spreadsheet detail of T&E and DP Tool reclassifications.
• Process annual 1099 filings through 1099Pro software.
• Provide research and support for annual audit requests, as required.
• Assist A/P Manager with special projects, as required.

Your Contribution to FIJI Water:

• General computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on intermediate Excel skills is required. Oracle, J D Edwards, Inspyrus and Concur software knowledge is a plus.
• High School Diploma, but Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 3-5 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people at all levels across the organization with a team mentality.
• Must be able to analyze reports and possess good math skills.
• Must be professional, detail-oriented, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
• COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption.
