Job Description
We are looking for exceptional Chefs de Partie to be a part of our Kitchen team at the 5* hotel The Wellesley Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel during this exciting time after recently joining the Marriott International family.
As a Chef de Partie, you will be
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes in any section
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
- Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Permanent contract of 48 hours a week.
