As a Trading Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the shopfloor, stockroom, pricing, merchandising, and product availability functions. You'll help ensure the right products are available at the right time, at the right price, while developing your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. 

Your days will be varied, but key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coaching a high-performing team.
• Driving sales and delivering strong commercial results.
• Ensuring excellent merchandising standards and promotional execution.
• Managing pricing integrity and stock availability.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
• Maintaining a safe and positive working environment.
• Helping oversee store operations, including opening, closing, and occasional sole charge responsibilities.
