We now have an opportunity for an Online Fulfilment Team Member to join our store.

These roles require hard-working, enthusiastic, and committed people to pick and pack our online orders.  You will have excellent communication skills, a great eye for detail and be able to remain cool under pressure.

You will be searching for the shop floor for products, which may result in helping customers in-store with their inquiries so any previous experience in retail or customer service would be advantageous. Online fulfilment is a busy area, with shifts covering all hours of the day and evenings. You may be required to work different shifts depending on busy periods and demand.

It can also be physically demanding at times so we’re looking for people with a great attitude and a good degree of strength and who can keep up with our fast-paced environment!

Hours of work: 

• Sunday to Thursdays: 9am to 5.30pm

All applicants for this position should have either NZ residency or a valid NZ work Visa.

Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial, but it’s not a requirement. 

As an Online Fulfilment Team Member you will:

• Be able to work varying shifts in the days, evening and across weekends
• Have the flexibility to work from August - October until mid-January
• Be reliable and able to work unsupervised
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods of time
