Job Description

Our Operations team is growing and we are looking for a super star to optimise productivity, while supporting our overall business objectives and enhancements. You will have an analytical mind and be operationally focused with an ability to turn data into value-driving business insights to facilitate improved operations; enabling a better customer experience.

What does this role look like day to day?

  1. Reviewing store labour allocation and recommending optimisation opportunities
  2. Short and long term forecasting
  3. Workload capacity planning and recommendations for associated scheduling in store
  4. Analysing rosters, workload and resource to derive meaning and actions
  5. Recognising optimal rosters and creating uniformity in conjunction with the Store Management team
  6. Development and implementation of solutions to maximise productivity and minimise cost for the business.
  7. Support multiple stakeholders to derive value from recommended changes

Qualifications

To thrive in this role you will have the below skills as well as being a confident communicator, self-motivated, tackle challenges and be resilient in the face of change. Most importantly, you will love being part of a growing team!

  1. Strong understanding of retail systems & processes  
  2. Advanced analytical & excel skills with proficiency in MS suite
  3. Strong attention to detail
  4. Strong communication 
  5. Retail Store management and experience in rostering systems is advantageous, eg. Bellwether
