Job Description

Drive the flawless development and execution of world -class communications to support T7 sponsorships / events and commercial marketing requirements.

Working within and supporting T7 Retail Marketing Team in implementing integrated promotional campaigns and events. The role will assist the trafficking of advertising material internally, developing campaigns and ensuring visibility and completion of deadlines

To assist driving the relationship between the sponsorship event partners and Commercial team with the marketing, in conjunction with the Retail Marketing Manager and eCommerce team

Provide general marketing support to the Head of Marketing and marketing team as required

What will be achieved

Deliver profitable customer-led campaign

Working with and supporting the T7 Retail Marketing Team in the implementation of promotional campaigns, including:

●        Delivering marketing campaigns and communications to grow the business and retain our customer

●        Creative development with internal creative team

●        Responsible for marketing campaigns ensuring buy-in of campaign to all stakeholders

●        Represent marketing in cross-functional meetings when relevant

●        Manage timelines for each campaign and co- ordinate stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met

●        Interpret, communicate and translate feedback on creative concepts

●           Understand the competitor marketplace via store visits, awareness of competitor activity in various mediums

●           Champion sign-off on creative look and feel, adherence to style guide, brand guidelines and product allocations across all advertising mediums,

ensuring all events are executed consistently

Drive relationships and process cross- functionally and externally

●        Communicate and work cross functionally within marketing, the commercial team, OPS and other internal departments

●        Manage stakeholders to ensure they are up to speed

on the campaign and deadlines are met

Deliver improved business results from smarter marketing

●        Support the translation of great product ideas into customer facing executions

Consistently review the category to ensure simplicity, focus and execution

●        Communicate and update marketing frequently on key success factors for the industry

●        Awareness of key success factors for the industry to ensure execution in advertising mediums

●        Proactively look for opportunities to improve the

process

Adhoc/special projects

●        Support marketing stakeholders to deliver special

projects or other activities as required

●        Develop and take ownership for own personal

development plan working with the T7 Retail Marketing Manager

Qualifications

Experience and Qualifications:

●        Tertiary qualification in marketing - essential

●        Marketing Communications experience (up to 1 year to start)

●        Retail marketing and/or agency experience - desired

●        Computer literate (Microsoft suite) – essential

●        Basic understanding of a range of media including OOH, TV, digital, print.
