You will be highly effective in building and maintaining great working relationships with key stakeholders and their teams.  Everything you do will be underpinned by your solid understanding of retail and what makes a store hum with activity and profitability.  

Ideally you will have:

• Proven significant management experience preferably within a retail environment
• Competence in all aspects of Store Operations
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead and engage team members to interact with our customers and influence sales
• Ability and confidence to interpret and executive plans
• Resilient and adaptable, showing an ability to drive change   

This is an opportunity to lead, coach and develop your team toward a sales culture that helps your store achieves its sales targets.  You will be managing the store budget, executing plans to drive performance, supporting and encouraging team and customer engagement, and maintaining a safe environment.
