In this role, you will provide a high level of service supporting the pre and post commercial sales process. This role supports the Sales Manager TWGB and the wider commercial team, who are out in the field, providing assistance with the quote and sales process for commercial orders ensuring the customer has a seamless experience throughout. You will be responsible for quoting, pricing, processing sales, monitoring stock & delivery schedules, following up on delivery, liaising with both customers and suppliers and responding to requests from the commercial sales team. 

To succeed in this role, we are looking for a thoroughly customer focused individual who is able to remain composed in all situations and is truly passionate about ensuring we keep the customer at the centre of everything we do.  You will have strong admin skills, excellent phone manner with written and verbal skills to match together with strong time management skills. You will take pride in building good relationships & delivering a memorable experience to our customers.
