We now have a great opportunity for a strong administrator to join the team as our new Commercial Support Coordinator.

In this role, you will provide a high level of service supporting the operations for our Commercial services team across all commercial sectors.

The Commercial Support Coordinator is responsible for all administration activities including:

• Delivery of monthly invoicing & client statements for Commercial Services
• Managing the Commercial teams fleet vehicles
• CRM (Salesforce) Management
• Management of Commercial Services website
• Reporting

To succeed in this role, we are looking for a thoroughly customer focused individual who is able to remain composed in all situations. You will have strong admin skills, excellent phone manner with written and verbal skills to match together with strong time management skills. You will take pride in building good relationships & delivering a memorable experience to our customers.
