We have an opportunity for a Planning Support Specialist to join the Torpedo7 team at the Takapuna offices.

Reporting to the Trade & Replenishment Planner and working across the wider team, this role provides crucial support to the Category team as they source product, select ranges, plan pricing, promotions, store allocations, and then monitor it all as it sells in store. You will play a critical role within the planning team, analysing sales and planning stock flow and pricing ensuring we always have the correct mix of stock in the business and stores.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Report creation and analysis
• Order tracking and logistics
• Support the buying and planning team where required
• Stock allocation and replenishment
• Supporting budgets and financial planning

• Strong computer skills (Excel essential)
• Analytical and numerical skills
• Commercial acumen
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• An eye for detail and accurate data entry skills
• Self-drive and motivation
