Job Description

This position handles a variety of incoming customer enquiries in regards to our online store. Where this Customer Service role differs to most is that we utilise the latest live, online chat technology to support our customers as well as traditional phone and e-mail support.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a Customer Services environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong keyboard skills
  • An outstanding phone manner
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Flexible and adaptable - working under pressure
  • Enthusiastic team player

Additional Information

This role is a great foot in the Warehouse Group door; the role will offer you loads of development and insight about the Torpedo7 business with some good fun and laughs along the way. You will need to be available to work 40 hours per week,  between 8am to 6pm,  and will have every other weekend off!
