Job Description

Reporting into our Brand and Customer Insights Manager, your role will centre around leading the delivery of TWG’s Employee Experience (EX) programme in order to drive recommendations and improvements.  Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the employee experience research process, using the standardised research tools
  • Supporting the identification of opportunities to optimise our colleague engagement
  • Being a spokesperson for our priority focus areas for the EX programme, assimilating all relevant insights that can help maintain and grow colleague engagement
  • Understanding the impact of employee experience on our priority focus areas and help translate these into projects that will improve employee experience across the key points in the colleague journey
  • Proactively coordinating, managing and communicating research to support the development and delivery of both strategic and tactical initiatives

Qualifications

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are critical, along with your attention to detail and action focused work approach.  We want a true self starter, with high energy levels and someone whom thrives (and delivers) with tight deadlines. Our wish list also includes:

  • 3+ years of research experience – either agency or client side
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent numeracy and writing skills
