Our Copy Centre is one of the key areas in our store. Customers come to us for all their print and copy needs and expect exceptional insights and service from our team members; and
you’re the one who makes it all happen. You’re a focused and resilient team player, able to follow and execute plans, with great organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You have a passion for design and graphics and want to share that passion with everyone who walks through our doors. Hours are:

Tuesday 10:00am - 6:30pm
Wednesday 10:00am - 6:30pm
Thursday 10:00am - 6:30pm
Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm
Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and passion for print and design
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • 2+ years of retail experience
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Commitment to the Customer and the in-store experience

Additional Information

  • Deliver an excellent standard of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and professional attitude to work
  • Understand the value of creating memorable and meaningful experiences for our customers
  • Understand the layout of the department, including knowledge of where specific products are shelved
  • Proactively interact with the customer to identify the appropriate products to meet their needs
  • Follow all customer service policies, including appropriate and efficient escalation of enquiries and/or complaints
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the product catalogue in your specialist area, offering advice to customers where necessary
  • Run exciting promotions to engage customers
  • Demonstrate you are a team player by communicating effectively with others and supporting in any other duties instructed by the Store Manager
  • Ensure processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience
  • Maintain work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional
  • Be passionate about helping customers, to drive sales
  • Get involved with photocopying, binding, manipulating PDF files, graphics and creating all type of print work.
  • Assisting the store and assistant managers in motivating your team to be efficient and proactive
  • Ensuring a positive and professional attitude at work
  • Demonstrate you are a team player by communicating effectively with others and supporting in other duties where necessary
  • Maintain work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional
  • Be passionate about helping customers to drive sales
  • Undertake responsibility of Manager when the store and assistant store manager are not in-store
