Tuesday 10:30am - 7:00pm
Wednesday 10:30am - 7:00pm
Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm
Friday 1:00pm - 9:30pm
Saturday 1:00pm - 9:30pm

• 2+ years retail experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Commitment to the Customer and the in-store experience
• Excellent Communication Skills

• Assisting the Department Manager is motivating your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
• Delivering an excellent standard of customer service, ensuring a positive and professional attitude to work
• Follow all customer service policies, including appropriate and efficient escalation of enquiries and/or complaints
• Demonstrate you are a team player by communicating effectively with others and supporting in other duties where necessary
• Maintain work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional
• Be passionate about helping customers to drive sales
• Undertake responsibility of the Department Manager when they are not in-store
