To help us do this and to maintain our market leading position, we are looking for an experienced and driven retailer to oversee, develop and drive a group of stores and the products, services and Passionate Experts in those stores.

We are looking for someone who understands the daily pressure, pace and excitement that comes with Retail - and loves it.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this role is the critical link between our store network and the Store Support teams.  A role essential to fostering engaged teams who are passionate about their stores, the business and the customer.  

You will be responsible for the financial performance of the region including the achievement of sales targets and the management of wages and shrinkage.  Analysis of KPI and financial data will keep you fully informed of all financial impacts resulting from and on operations ensuring each store is reaching their potential.

This role is critical in the success of the business and only highly experienced retail professionals could be considered.  You will need to point to a successful management career that covers the day-to-day operational aspect of retail as well as the financial and analytical aspect.  You will have the ability to think on your feet to resolve issues in a proactive and commercially astute manner.

You will be an excellent communicator; easily dealing with and managing people at all level with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and retail.
