Job Description

At the heart of our business is a great customer service team – not only are they skilled in the art of delivering great service to our customers they have a passion for what we do. We are looking for someone who “gets” outstanding customer service.

This position handles a variety of incoming customer enquiries in regards to our online store. Where this Customer Service role differs to most is that we utilise the latest live, online chat technology to support our customers as well as traditional phone and e-mail support.

Qualifications

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers via the telephone. You will provide superior customer service through assisting with various enquiries on products, returns, refunds, promotions in store, store-specific questions and many more!

  • Great attention to detail and accuracy of work

We are looking for a thoroughly customer focused individual who thrives on working in a fast paced and supportive team environment and is truly passionate about providing the complete solution to our customers.

Ideally will be able to work three full days a week- Monday, Friday and either Saturday or Sunday. 

Customer service is an art and we're looking for masters!
